LIMITED PUNCTURE WARRANTY

For a period of fifteen {15} years from date of shipment, FlashCove Prefabricated Bases Inc. makes the following warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions specified herein

FlashCove Prefabricated Bases Inc. will replace any professionally installed section of product at no charge that punctures through the aluminum backing at the Cove radius.

To be eligible for replacement under this warranty, the customer must give written notice to FlashCove of any claimed puncture immediately upon learning of the problem, and permit a site inspection by FlashCove personnel.

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not apply to the following

1. Any punctures resulting from abuse or vandalism.
2. Tears, burns, cuts or damage due to improper installation, improper use, or improper cleaning methods.
3. Exterior Installations {FlashCove products are designed for interior applications only}.

FlashCove Prefabricated Bases Inc. limits its liability to replacing the affected section of FlashCove Prefabricated Base. {Flooring material needed to manufacture replacement base, will be the responsibility of the owner
