• Supply in 10-foot lengths (3.05 M). Made with puncture resistant aluminium reinforcing attached through the cove radius. With a 15 year Limited Puncture Warranty. Manufactured and distributed by FlashCove Prefabricated Bases Inc. (905)475-0915, or 1-800-334-5147.

• Available in custom manufactured standard sizes 4” riser and 3” toe, 6” riser and 3” toe or custom manufactured sizes up to a maximum of 12” in either direction, i.e. toe or riser.

• Butt joints to be square cut; inside and outside corners to be mitre cut on site using appropriate power mitre saw. All joints to be seam welded according to manufacturer’s instructions.

• All ends of cove, where the cove meets a doorframe, wall etc. should be caulked with appropriate caulking compound.

• All seams where toe meets field material to be welded according to flooring material manufacturer’s instructions.

• Choice of cove cap as specified by architect or designer, such as one of the following:

• Stainless steel “chiklet” cap, {no mechanical fasteners required} glue in installation at time of cove installation. Distributed by FlashCove Prefabricated Bases Inc.
